I have a collection of raw Excel/CSV files and I need a concise descriptive analysis that highlights how different categories stack up against one another. Your task is to explore the data, surface the key comparisons, and translate those findings into a clear, visually engaging PowerPoint deck. Here’s how I see the workflow: first, clean and structure the spreadsheets, then run the descriptive analysis focused strictly on category-to-category comparisons—no forecasting or optimisation, just solid snapshots of where each group stands. From there, transform the insights into charts and succinct takeaway points that I can present to non-technical stakeholders. Deliverables • A neatly organised working file (Excel, CSV, or a Jupyter notebook) showing the steps you took • An editable PowerPoint deck containing the visualisations and short narrative explanations • A brief methodology note so I can reproduce or update the analysis later You are free to use the tools you’re most comfortable with—Excel pivot tables, Python/pandas, R, or Power BI—so long as the final slides are easy to follow and the numbers tie back to the source data.
