I have already pulled together a full concept board, page-by-page outline, and a concise creative brief for a 16-20 (or more if needed)-page keepsake celebrating the nanny who’s leaving our family. things are mapped out—I simply need a talented designer to transform these ideas into a polished, bright-and-colorful scrapbook PDF that my children can help finish with their own drawings and notes before we gift it. I attached 2 documents that have ideas, I prefer the colors and background of the one that is ChatGPTImage and then like some of the other ideas from the other one as well for her. The navy's name is Charlotte (Kids call her Miss Charlotte). The kids that are doing this are Emily (she is 4 years old) and Olivia (She is 8 years old) so for anything that involves answering questions like things I love about Miss Charlotte, it will need 2 pages (one for each). Here’s how I picture the flow: you’ll take my reference board, text placeholders, and photo folders, lay them out in a fun scrapbook aesthetic, add cohesive embellishments (washi-tape looks, stickers, hand-lettered accents, etc.), and deliver a high-resolution, print-ready PDF. Adobe InDesign or an equivalent page-layout tool is ideal so we can keep layers editable if last-minute tweaks pop up. Deliverables • One 16-or more page PDF, CMYK, 300 dpi, with 0.125" bleeds • An export of single-page images (RGB) for quick screen sharing • Packaged source files (fonts and linked images) so we can update dates or captions ourselves later Acceptance criteria • Layout matches the supplied page list and creative brief • Bright, colorful palette stays consistent across spreads • All text styles and margins kept within safe zones for professional printing Timing is flexible this week, though I’d like a first draft of the full layout within 3 days of project start so my kids have time to add their personal touches.
