I have a completed research study manuscript that runs roughly 30–35 pages. Now I need it transformed into a polished, online-ready PDF that looks every bit as professional as the content it contains. The visual tone should be formal and corporate, sticking closely to our brand colours while maintaining a clean, readable layout. The document includes data sets that must be presented as bar graphs and line charts. These need to be recreated (not just pasted) so the style is consistent across the report and the graphics remain vector-based for clarity. Several photographs and illustrations also need thoughtful placement with crisp captions and proper credit lines. Key points you’ll handle • Build a cohesive page grid, typography hierarchy and consistent header/ footer treatment. • Design or refine all bar graphs and line charts so they align with the corporate palette and the overall look. • Integrate photographs and illustrations seamlessly into the narrative flow. • Provide interactive elements where appropriate (clickable table of contents, live links). Deliverables 1. Web-optimised PDF of the full report (≤10 MB). 2. Print-quality PDF (CMYK, bleed & crop marks). 3. Packaged source files (InDesign or equivalent) plus separate editable graph files (AI, SVG or XLS link). Acceptance criteria – Final length: 30–35 pages. – Style reflects a professional, formal tone and uses approved corporate colours. – All charts are vector, text is selectable, and images reproduce sharply at 300 dpi. – Layout reviewed and approved in two revision rounds. Timeline is flexible enough for quality work, yet I’d like to see an initial layout draft within one week of project start.
