Project Overview Design and prepare the exhibition catalogue for Zurich, DEC 2026 by Anisa and Stella Partners in Palette. This catalogue has already been produced in previous editions, and all technical specifications, dimensions, templates, typography, and printer requirements are available. The project is therefore primarily an adaptation and production task rather than the creation of a completely new design. Scope of Work. Creativity required -if desired- for the covers only. The designer will be responsible for: • Reviewing the previous catalogue editions and following the established design style. • Collecting and organizing all information, images, and biographies provided for each participating artist. Owner accountable to communicate the requirements contractually to the participants. • Designing and laying out the internal pages using the existing visual identity. • Creating the front and back cover, maintaining consistency with previous editions while introducing appropriate creative elements. • Preparing both: a print-ready version according to the printer’s specifications; a digital version optimized for online viewing. • Ensuring that all files meet the required technical specifications for professional printing. • Coordinating with the printer whenever technical clarification is required during the production process. (To be collected) • All additional content required. (i.e. pages not dedicated to the participants ) Deliverables The final delivery should include: 1. Print-ready cover file (front, spine, and back). 2. Print-ready interior pages. The designer is in contact with the printer, If any adjustments are required by the printer, shall be solved promptly. 3. Digital version of the complete catalogue optimized for online distribution as per provided examples. 4. All editable source files in pdf version as well as ai (if this is the working tool). 5. Fonts and linked assets (where applicable). Communication All work will be carried out through google drive. The designer shall communicate with the printer regarding technical production matters if needed always in copy with Stella Grimpa. The final order and approval of the catalogue will be handled by me (Stella Grimpa), who will submit the files are per requirements, to the printer Communication with the participants shall only be copying Stella Timeline Exhibition set up 05DEC Postal delivery takes 1 week Final file from the designer for internal review 30OCT Editing if required 01NOV-05NOV Final file to the printer 05NOV. Steps • Approval of the assignment. • Set up of communication channel and working with the participants and owner • Material delivery: From SEP to end of OCT. )collection and preparation can happen earlier • 1st First draft 15OCT . Contains all content ready for review 1rst payment - 20% • Revision period, requests from the participants 16OCT - 22OCT • Final files delivered for printing: 30 OCT further communication with the printer shall not be required • Completion of all deliverables. Final payment. 80% • Printer's deadline: 15-20NOV May the project not be able to completed on time: due date for full deliverables 05NOV, it is cancelled completely.
