Developed a macOS desktop application that automatically generates PDF invoices from Excel (.xlsx) and Apple Numbers (.numbers) spreadsheets. The application detects invoice data, validates required fields, retrieves official daily EUR→AED exchange rates, and generates thousands of invoices in just a few seconds. It includes a simple one-click interface for non-technical users, batch processing, activity logging, and automatic PDF generation. The solution eliminated repetitive manual work and allowed the client to generate invoices quickly and accurately using either Excel or Apple Numbers.
