I have a hand-drawn sketch of a new commercial property and I need it translated into a polished, high-detail architectural rendering as quickly as possible. The sketch conveys massing, façade rhythm, and basic dimensions; what I am missing is the photorealistic presentation that highlights materials, glazing, signage zones, and surrounding context so stakeholders can visualise the final build. Please take the sketch all the way to a fully lit, textured image set. You are welcome to work in the software you are most comfortable with—Revit, SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max, Lumion, or an equivalent pipeline—so long as the end result meets professional marketing standards. Because timing is critical, I would like drafts within the first couple of days and the finished files shortly after approval. Key deliverables: • One high-resolution hero view (4K or better) • Two supporting angles (street-level and aerial) • Source model and layered files for any future tweaks I will provide the scan of the sketch, reference photos, and a brief material palette immediately upon kickoff.
