Sewing Instruction Writer – Garment & Corset Construction I am looking for someone with strong sewing, pattern-making, and garment construction knowledge to help write professional step-by-step sewing instructions for my digital sewing patterns. I design a variety of garments, but my main specialty is corsets and structured garments, so experience with corset construction would be highly preferred. You should be familiar with techniques such as assembling corset panels, cups, lining, interfacing, boning channels, inserting boning, binding, closures, and general garment finishing. I will sew and photograph the garment myself, edit the construction photos, and arrange them in the correct sewing sequence. Your main responsibility will be to study the photos and write clear, accurate, beginner-friendly sewing instructions explaining what is happening at each step. Ideal candidate: Someone who sews themselves, understands sewing terminology and garment construction, can interpret construction photographs, has pattern-making knowledge or experience working with commercial sewing patterns, and ideally has experience constructing corsets/bustiers or other structured garments.
