I have an architectural floor plan ready and now need a dedicated plumbing drawing focused solely on the water supply system. The final file should show every pipe run, branch, and riser, complete with fixture connections, pipe sizes, flow directions, and a concise specification schedule for valves, fittings, and materials. Key points I want captured: • Clear routing from main incoming line to every fixture. • Fixture tags that match the architect’s room schedule. • Legends, notes, and a specification table for all pipes and accessories. • Drawings delivered in editable AutoCAD (DWG) format plus a plotted PDF. I’ll supply the base plan, fixture list, and any local code references the moment we start. Please factor in one round of mark-ups so we can fine-tune any coordination issues with the structural and electrical layouts.
