Healthcare Practitioner looking to launch solo digital-health venture. PROJECT: Healthcare company delivering online 1:1 Parkinson's exercise treatment and Sports Injury Rehabilitation sessions. Requirements: Website with Booking & Payment pages. 1. Website: -Page set: Home, About, Services (split into Parkinson's Exercise and Sports-Injury Rehab), Pricing, FAQs, Reviews, Contact, and a Blog for SEO. -Simple, Accessible, mobile-responsive design. -Branding: logo, colour palette and fonts (I can give input on this). -Contact form, cookie-consent banner, and privacy / terms pages. -Medical disclaimers and scope-of-practice wording on the site. 2. Booking: -Integrate an off-the-shelf booking tool (eg. Calendly) -Options for: Discovery call, Multiple session types (Assessment, Exercise Session) and durations. -Automatic time-zone handling for online clients. -Intake form at the point of booking — condition-/injury-specific health questionnaire, PAR-Q and consent. -Video-call integration — auto-generate a Zoom or Google Meet link per booking. -Automated confirmation and reminder emails (could link to MailChimp or similar). -Rescheduling and cancellation policy built into the flow. 3. Payment: -Linked to booking page -Payment provider (GoCardless or similar that link to Barclays Bank). -Support single sessions and packages / block bookings (e.g. 6-session blocks). -Possibility of recurring or subscription payments. -Refund handling and automated invoices / receipts via email.
