I’m launching a web platform that lets both private individuals and registered businesses submit loan applications entirely online. The single most important feature is a smooth, secure application workflow—from a clean, mobile-friendly form and document upload all the way to an admin dashboard where my team can review, filter, and update each request. I’d like the full stack built: responsive front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript—React or Vue welcome), a solid back-end (Node.js, Laravel, or similar) with RESTful API, and a relational database such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. Strong security practices are non-negotiable: SSL, thorough input validation, role-based access, and the ability to plug in KYC/AML services later on. On submission, applicants should receive instant confirmation by email (SMS integration would be a plus), while the admin panel alerts my staff in real time. Deliverables • Public site with branded landing page and distinct application portals for individuals and businesses • Admin interface to view, change status, and export applications • API endpoints and database schema documentation • Source code in a private Git repo plus a short hand-over call Acceptance criteria: the form validates on both client and server, submissions persist correctly, status changes reflect for applicants instantly, and the live site scores at least 90 on Google Lighthouse performance.
