I need someone who can split their energy 50-50 between smart digital marketing and empathetic student counselling. On any given day you might be setting up a high-converting Google Ads or Meta Ads campaign in our CRM, and minutes later jumping on a call or WhatsApp chat to guide a prospective learner toward enrolling in one of our online IT programs. Your success will be judged by two numbers: qualified leads generated and admissions closed. To hit those targets you should already be comfortable with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO fundamentals, social media scheduling, email nurturing sequences, and basic CRM hygiene. Just as important, you must enjoy talking to students, understanding their career goals, and turning curiosity into commitment without sounding pushy. I’ll provide clear monthly targets, ad budgets, and access to our existing assets; you’ll bring at least a year of hands-on digital marketing or counselling experience (ideally in EdTech) plus strong English communication skills. The role is remote-friendly with optional hybrid meet-ups if you happen to be nearby. If you thrive on both data-driven campaigns and one-to-one interaction, let’s talk.
