I have to update a director’s name in MCA so it matches the spelling on his PAN. All supporting documents—PAN copy, DSC, and board resolution—are already on hand; nothing is missing. What I need now is a qualified Chartered Accountant who can: • Prepare, validate, and digitally sign the DIR-6 form. • File it on the MCA portal and track the SRN until approval. • Double-check that the final MCA records display the exact name that appears on the PAN and explain any follow-up steps if MCA raises a query. The only change is the name; no address or contact details have to be touched. Once the filing is complete, I expect the MCA acknowledgement in PDF along with the updated master data screenshot as proof.
