Role Summary The Dishwasher reports directly to the Sous Chef and the Head Chef and performs a wide variety of duties. These include operating and maintaining the main dishwasher machine and hand washing station ensuring all dishware, silverware, pots, pans and other kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
