We run an active grassroots charitable initiative — a community-driven project that's already making a real difference. We're transparent, we report back to our community, and we need a remote assistant to help us reach new audiences. Your job is simple: find people online, invite them to watch a short video about what we do, and bring them into our project chat. Those who connect with our mission can choose to support us with a donation. You earn for each person you bring who actually makes a donation. What you'll actually do: Find the right audience — identify interested people on social media, topic-specific chats, forums, and other open platforms. Only where it doesn't violate platform rules. Send invitations — send short, polite messages with a link to our project video (templates provided). Bring them to our chat — after they watch the video, add them to our Telegram chat where they can ask questions and talk to the team. Gentle follow-up — if someone watched but didn't join, send 1–2 polite reminders. No spam, no pressure. Track your results — keep a simple log: how many people you brought, how many watched, how many joined, how many donated. What we provide: Link to the project video presentation. Ready-to-use invitation message templates (feel free to adapt). Access to the project chat. Coordinator support for any questions. Requirements: Good written Russian. Tactful communication skills — no aggression or spam. Experience in traffic generation, SMM, affiliate marketing, or volunteering is a plus, but not required. Able to dedicate 1–2 hours/day (flexible schedule). Have a Telegram account for daily work. Terms: Fully remote. Performance-based pay — you earn for each person you bring who makes a charitable donation to our project. Payment amount depends on traffic quality and volume — discussed individually. Transparent tracking via unique referral links. All terms agreed upon before starting. How to apply: Reply with: A brief intro about yourself and any relevant experience. Which platforms do you plan to use for outreach (Telegram channels, Twitter, chats, social media)? Do you have Telegram and are you ready to work daily?
