I need a clean, reliable bridge built between our DonorPerfect CRM and DonorDrive (Bonterra) so the moment someone registers for one of our fundraising events, every relevant detail moves automatically into DonorPerfect. The DonorPerfect online API user manual is ready for you; DonorDrive also exposes an API and webhooks we can use. For each fundraiser we run, I have to keep three data streams perfectly aligned: attendee information, their donation records, and their event-registration status. Here’s what success looks like: • A secure, documented integration (REST, webhooks, or middleware—your call) that pushes and pulls attendee profiles, donations, and registration states in real time or on a tight schedule. • Error handling and logging I can read without a developer at my elbow. • A short set-up guide so future staff can redeploy the connector if our servers or API keys change. • A brief hand-off session to walk me through the code and confirm everything syncs as expected. If you’ve connected DonorPerfect to other platforms before—or have demonstrable API integration chops—let’s talk through the details and map out the fastest path to go-live. I also have data from other events (CVS) that I want to input to DonorPerfect from an old event platform.
