We’ll sit together so I can give you all the facts, dates, and any wording I want included. From that conversation you will draft a clear, professional letter—drawing on the attorney’s own quoted language and relevant legal references where it strengthens my case—and then type it up neatly. Once the draft is ready, email it to me so I can read it on my phone and approve every word. When I give the green light, print two identical copies on clean letterhead, place each in its own addressed envelope, and bring them back to my apartment. I’ll look them over, hand you your payment, and we’re done.
