I am seeking a Lucknow-based lawyer (or one who regularly handles Uttar Pradesh filings) to prepare a legally enforceable Contribution Strategy Agreement centred on financial contributions. The deed will govern cash injections from individuals to a overseas organisations, so the language must clearly distinguish their respective rights, duties, schedules, and remedies while staying fully compliant with Indian contract law and any local stamp-duty or registration requirements.
