I need a clear, legally sound Recruitment Process Outsourcing agreement drafted between our Indian entity and a partnering company in the United States. The contract must spell out, in detail, the full scope of services we will deliver—candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding management—while remaining adaptable for future process changes. Because both companies operate in different jurisdictions, the document has to balance Indian contract law with U.S. employment and data-protection requirements, address cross-border payment terms, and lay out practical dispute-resolution steps. Only general, non-industry-specific compliance language is required; there is no need to weave in specialized regulatory frameworks. Likewise, I prefer a light governance model that relies on periodic reviews rather than hard performance metrics, leaving room for us to set KPIs later.
