Draft Two Courier Contracts

Descripción de la oferta
I’m preparing to launch a bicycle-messenger start-up that assigns deliveries to subcontracted couriers through our proprietary mobile app. Before we onboard riders, I need two rock-solid legal documents created from scratch: 1. A Service Level Agreement that governs my relationship with each courier subcontractor. It must spell out the key performance metrics they must hit (on-time delivery rates, acceptance ratios, response windows, etc.), outline meaningful penalties for non-compliance, and define exactly how courier-generated and customer-generated data must be safeguarded within our platform. 2. A Bicycle Messenger Contract that each rider signs individually. This document should clarify the independent-contractor payment structure (per-job rate plus potential bonuses), describe the job-assignment workflow inside the app, and set out clear termination conditions that protect the business while remaining fair and compliant with local labor regulations. Because both agreements will be cornerstones of our operation, I’m looking for precise wording, intuitive organization, and clauses that anticipate common courier-industry issues such as equipment maintenance, accident liability, and real-time GPS tracking consent. Please ground everything in enforceable language that aligns with U.K (our initial launch market). Deliverables • Finalized Service Level Agreement (editable Word file and PDF) • Finalized Bicycle Messenger Contract (editable Word file and PDF) Acceptance Criteria • Each document covers every clause noted above in a logical, easy-to-navigate structure • Clear definitions of parties, scope of work, and dispute-resolution process • No conflicting provisions between the two contracts • Ready for immediate use with minimal customization beyond rider name and start date If you have experience drafting gig-economy or logistics agreements and can alert me to any blind spots I may have missed, I’d love your help.
