**Project Title:** Draft a Standard NDA Template for NexorTest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for an experienced legal professional to draft a standard **Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)** for NexorTest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The NDA should be a reusable template applicable to everyone working with or representing the company, including: * Full-time employees * Interns * Consultants * Contractors * Freelancers * Temporary staff The agreement should be legally enforceable under **Indian law** and should protect the company's confidential information, intellectual property, customer information, trade secrets, and business interests. **The NDA should cover:** * Definition of confidential information * Confidentiality obligations * Intellectual property ownership (all work created during the engagement belongs to NexorTest) * Non-disclosure during and after the engagement * Return of company property and confidential information upon termination * Data security and acceptable use of company information * Standard exceptions to confidentiality * Remedies for breach * Governing law (India) **Deliverables:** * NDA in Microsoft Word (.docx) format * PDF version * Professionally drafted, easy to understand, and reusable as a master template for different engagement types **Preferred Experience:** * Experience drafting employment or commercial agreements under Indian law * Familiarity with technology, engineering, consulting, or software companies is preferred
