I need a detailed floor plan and proposed fit-out plan for a 54sqm office space. The layout should include: - Two 3x4m treating rooms with glass panels and doors, divided by a gyprock wall - One open rehab area with gym flooring for equipment - A reception desk near the entrance to welcome patients The plans must comply with Australian NCC standards and include: - Brief outline of proposed works and description of current and proposed use - Architectural plans indicating the existing site plan, current layout, proposed floor plan, and intended use Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in drafting office layouts, especially for rehabilitation or medical facilities - Proficiency in architectural drawing and compliance documentation - Knowledge of space optimization in small areas - Australian NCC experience is required.
