I have several designs already digitised in standard DST format and I need each one re-worked so it stitches flawlessly on an Aari setup for fashion accessories. I want the artwork rebuilt primarily with a clean, consistent chain stitch while preserving the original dimensions, colour sequence and overall composition. Your task is to: • Open the existing DST files, re-digitise or adjust them specifically for Aari chain stitching. • Optimise the stitch path so there are no unnecessary trims or jump stitches that could snag delicate fabrics. • Return ready-to-run DST files that I can load straight into my machine for sampling. I’ll be checking the files on a Tajima controller and will sign off once the pattern runs smoothly at production speed without thread breaks or misregistration. Designs should be easier to use on Wilcom.
