I need an experienced data-entry partner to take raw applicant information I provide and turn it into fully completed application forms. Roughly half of the workload lives on web portals; the rest arrives as PDFs or scans that have to be re-typed into clean, printable files. Here’s how the flow will work for each packet you receive: I supply a spreadsheet, image set, or short text brief with all the field data. You log in to the designated site or open the blank PDF, populate every field exactly as written, proof for spelling and consistency, then save or submit. Completed online forms must show a confirmation screen or e-mail receipt; printable versions should come back as neatly filled, ready-to-sign PDFs. Deliverables for every batch • Screenshot or confirmation e-mail for each digital submission • Final, fillable PDF for every physical form, named to match the applicant • A simple status sheet noting date submitted and any issues encountered I value speed, but accuracy is non-negotiable—these applications will be rejected if one character is off. If you’re fluent with common browsers, Adobe Acrobat, and basic spreadsheet tools, this should be straightforward work with repeat volumes after the first run.
