I want to automate two independent ovens from scratch and need a complete PLC-based solution. Each oven must switch on and off and run user-selectable recipes that include temperature, soak time, and voltage-/current-limit parameters. Operators will enter and edit those recipes from a touchscreen interface; no manual switches or PC software are required on the shop floor. Because I have no existing control hardware, you will be free to recommend and supply a suitable PLC, HMI panel, power electronics, and sensing elements. I am open to Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or any platform you feel fits the duty cycle, safety requirements, and budget once you review the load data. Key deliverables • Electrical schematics, panel layout, and full bill of materials • PLC program and corresponding HMI screens for recipe management, alarm handling, and basic diagnostics • Parameterized recipe storage that lets me add or modify temperature, time, voltage, and current limits without rewriting the code • Remote support during initial power-up and a brief operator manual explaining routine usage and maintenance steps If you have experience commissioning thermal processes and can provide the complete package—from component selection through final tuning—let’s discuss timelines and any information you still need from me to get started.
