I am launching a new owners-association management brand in Dubai and need a fully functional, interactive website that matches – and ideally surpasses – the quality of leading local competitors such as kaizenams.com, stratum.ae, bcoam.com, and itihad.co.ae. The site must allow secure user logins so property owners can access personalised dashboards, documents, notices, and service requests. A clean, responsive front end with a modern Dubai-centric look and feel is essential, and the back-end should be easy for my team to update without touching code. Core scope • Design: polished UX/UI that echoes the sophistication of the reference sites while maintaining our own branding. • Development: interactive portal with role-based access (owners, board members, admins) built on a stable CMS (WordPress with MemberPress, Laravel, or a comparable framework – open to your recommendation). • Content areas: company profile, services, community news, FAQs, contact forms, and a knowledge base. • Performance: fast loading, mobile-first, SEO ready, SSL secured, GDPR-compliant. • Handover: source files, admin credentials, and a brief video or PDF walkthrough so my in-house team can manage routine updates. Acceptance criteria 1. Users can register, verify email, and log in/out smoothly. 2. After login, owners see only their community documents and service tickets. 3. Pages score 90+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile and desktop. 4. Site launches error-free on our UAE hosting and passes a live walkthrough.
