I want to launch a full-scale property portal for the Dubai market that works very much like Housing.com. The site must support both Residential and Commercial listings and give three distinct user roles—Property buyer, Property seller and Real estate agent—everything they need to add, browse and transact on properties. Core functionality • Secure sign-up / log-in for all three roles, with role-based dashboards • Property submission form that collects photos, description, price, area, location pin and tags for “Residential” or “Commercial” • Fast search and filter panel covering Price range, Property type and Location • Mobile-first responsive design • Multilingual readiness (English first; room to add Arabic) • Admin backend to approve, edit or remove listings and manage users Acceptance criteria 1. A user can register, verify email and log in under any of the three roles. 2. A seller or agent can post a listing and see it appear instantly in their dashboard. 3. A buyer can filter by the three stated filters and land on accurate results in under two seconds. 4. All text, buttons and forms render cleanly on desktop, tablet and mobile. 5. Admin can disable or feature a listing from the backend. I am open to the tech stack you prefer—Laravel, Node/React, Django, or another modern solution—as long as performance, security and SEO are addressed. Once the core site is live, I’ll consider a longer-term relationship for maintenance and new features such as payment gateways and premium ads.
