B2B/B2C Lead Generation Specialist – Dubai Real Estate Market We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Lead Generation Specialist to build a pipeline of high-intent buyers and international investors looking to purchase real estate in Dubai. The goal of this project is to discover, extract, and vet target audiences (High-Net-Worth Individuals, expat buyers, and institutional investors) using purely digital, compliant, and modern extraction techniques. Key Responsibilities Targeted List Building: Source and compile verified leads (Name, Email, Phone, LinkedIn Profile, Country of Residence) focusing on international investors (GCC, UK, Europe, India) and local high-earning expats. Data Scraping & Mining: Legally scrape and extract public contact data from professional networks (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo) based on specific investor personas. Lead Verification: Ensure all data is 100% verified with low bounce rates using tools like ZeroBounce or NeverBounce. Funnel Optimization (Optional but a plus): Setting up target lists for Meta/Google custom audience targeting or cold email infrastructure (Instantly.ai / Lemlist). Job Requirements Proven Track Record: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience explicitly generating leads for the Dubai / UAE Real Estate Market. Tool Mastery: Deep expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, Apollo.io, or similar data extraction platforms. Regulatory Knowledge: Strict understanding of lead privacy. Note: We do not permit data scraping or handling that violates UAE data privacy frameworks. Cold calling is strictly prohibited under this contract due to UAE telemarketing regulations. All lead lists must be purely for inbound/digital targeting and compliant outreach. Analytical Skills: Ability to segment leads by investment capacity, industry, and geographic location. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar real estate CRMs. Understanding of the current top-performing areas in Dubai (Dubai Marina, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills). Budget & Project Type Project Type: Ongoing / Milestone-based (Starting with a paid test list of 200–500 highly targeted leads).
