We are Cloudify, a company that develops accounting integrations between e-commerce platforms and accounting software. We are currently building a Shopify ↔ Exact Online integration and are looking for an experienced Exact Online consultant/accountant to review our accounting logic and validate our implementation. This is not a development role. We need someone with deep, hands-on experience using Exact Online who understands how e-commerce transactions should be recorded and how they flow through the system. Deliverables • A short summary of recommended changes with reasoning • A 30-minute/1hr call to walk us through any critical findings Acceptance criteria 1. All tax/VAT scenarios are validated against Exact Online’s standard behaviour. 2. Clearing-account flows balance to zero after settlement. 3. Each Shopify event (order, refund, fee) posts to the intended GL account without manual intervention. 4. No compliance red flags remain in the document.
