I’m creating a short, high-energy video that markets several lake-neighborhood properties for multiple landlords. The raw drone footage is ready; now it needs to be shaped into a compelling social media spot for Facebook and Instagram. The cut should run 30–60 seconds and feel dynamic and energetic throughout. Each parcel must be highlighted with animated boundary lines and brief on-screen labels so viewers can immediately see where one property ends and the next begins. Fast-paced transitions, punchy text call-outs, and an upbeat, royalty-free music bed will keep the momentum up while reinforcing the marketing focus. Workflow • I’ll supply the aerial clips, brand colors, still photos, and a simple map/GIS file. • You choose the best shots, trim, stabilize, and color-grade so the lake and greenery pop without looking over-processed. • Add the animated outlines, text, and motion graphics that lock accurately to the terrain. • Deliver two platform-ready masters—square (1080×1080) and vertical (1080×1920)—encoded in H.264, plus the editable project file. Acceptance criteria • Boundaries stay correctly aligned for the entire shot. • Audio peaks no higher than ‑6 dB; all assets cleared for social use. • Final file size under 150 MB per version. First draft is needed within five days, with the final cut due a week after feedback.
