Hiring: Commission-Based Sales Partner (Shopify Web Design) Remote | Performance-Based | High-Ticket Sales We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional who can identify, approach, and close premium clients for our Shopify design and development services. This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who is confident in generating their own leads, building relationships with business owners, and closing high-value projects. Your Responsibilities Identify and connect with business owners who need a new Shopify store or a redesign of their existing website. Prospect through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and other effective channels. Initiate conversations with founders and decision-makers. Understand the client's business goals and recommend the right solution. Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups. Handle negotiations professionally and close high-value projects. Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and keep communication organized throughout the sales process. ## What We're Looking For * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. * Experience in lead generation and high-ticket B2B sales. * Confidence speaking with founders, CEOs, and ecommerce business owners. * Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven. * Ability to independently source, nurture, and close premium clients. Experience selling Shopify development, web design, branding, ecommerce solutions, SaaS, or digital marketing services is highly preferred. ## Compensation **100% Commission-Based** * Earn **10% commission** on every successfully closed project. * Average project value: **₹50,000 – ₹2,00,000+**. * Unlimited earning potential with no commission cap. Example Earnings ₹50,000 Project → ₹5,000 Commission ₹1,00,000 Project → ₹10,000 Commission ₹2,00,000 Project → ₹20,000 Commission High performers will have the opportunity to build a long-term partnership with us and access larger, higher-value projects over time.
