I want to embed an AI-powered, text-based virtual assistant directly into our online store so shoppers receive immediate, helpful guidance without leaving the page. The assistant must greet visitors in a formal, professional tone, answer their common questions, and proactively suggest the most relevant products based on the customer’s dialogue. Here is what I need the finished solution to do: • Sit as a chat widget on every page of the site and remain available 24/7. • Understand natural language queries, pull answers from our existing FAQ library, and return them instantly. • Tap into our product catalogue and stock data so it can recommend items, variants, or bundles with links that add products straight to cart. • Hand the conversation off to a human support agent (via our current live-chat tool) whenever the request falls outside the bot’s scope. Acceptance criteria • The chatbot loads in under two seconds on desktop and mobile. • A short hand-over document explains how to retrain or expand intents using whichever NLP engine or framework you choose (Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.). Please provide examples of similar projects you have launched, and an estimated timeline for rollout in your bid.
