About Us We are a growing e-commerce brand focused on building a strong online presence and driving consistent sales through our Shopify to Amazon store. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help manage daily operations and support overall growth. ⸻ Key Responsibilities * Manage and update the Amazon store (products, descriptions, pricing, images) * Monitor and fulfill orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Handle customer service (email, chat, order inquiries, returns) * Optimize product pages to improve conversion rates * Manage Amazon apps for performance and functionality * Assist with marketing efforts (email campaigns, social media, promotions) * Analyze store performance (traffic, conversions, sales trends) * Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer experience * Maintain a smooth and efficient checkout process ⸻ Required Skills & Experience * Hands-on experience with Amazon (store management, apps, themes) * Familiarity with marketing tools (email platforms, social media, basic ads) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Basic understanding of e-commerce analytics and sales funnels * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail ⸻ Preferred (Nice to Have) * Experience improving conversion rates * Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics * Graphic design or product listing optimization experience * Experience with upselling/cross-selling strategies ⸻ What We’re Looking For * Someone proactive—not just task-based, but solution-driven * Strong organizational skills * Clear communicator * Focused on helping grow revenue, not just maintain the store ⸻ How to Apply Please include: * Your experience with Shopify to Amazon * Examples of stores you’ve worked on (if available) * Tools and apps you’re familiar with * Your availability (hours per week)
