I run a Shopify store and need reliable help keeping our catalogue current and well-organised. Day-to-day work will revolve around listing new products, updating existing listings (prices, descriptions and images), and double-checking that every change matches the source data exactly. Most raw information will arrive in different formats, so part of the job is researching suppliers’ sites, scraping or collecting the required details and consolidating everything in Google Sheets before it is pushed live on Shopify. Clear, consistent SKU naming and tidy inventory fields are a must; I rely on those sheets for stock control and reporting. Accuracy matters more than speed, but I do expect an efficient workflow with minimal rework. If you spot gaps or inconsistencies, flag them and suggest fixes rather than waiting for instructions—proactivity is appreciated. Deliverables: • Fully updated Shopify listings reflecting correct price, description and image sets • A clean, well-formatted Google Sheet with source links and any notes on changes made • Confirmation that inventory counts and variant options match the live store I’m looking to start right away and will provide a short trial batch so we can confirm quality and turnaround time.
