I need a fully interactive Power BI dashboard that lets me explore our e-commerce performance in the Asia-Pacific market at a glance and in depth. The model will pull exclusively from our existing sales database, so you will be responsible for building a clean query layer, transforming the raw tables, and defining relationships that keep refreshes fast and reliable. Core insight areas I want to surface are: • Sales performance – revenue, order volume, AOV, YoY trends • Profitability – gross margin, discount impact, contribution by product line • Customer behavior – cohort retention, repeat rate, funnel drop-offs I expect intuitive drill-throughs from region-wide views down to individual SKU level, slicers for date ranges, channels, devices, and customer segments, plus eye-catching KPI cards that flag outliers automatically. Deliverables 1. A .pbix file with all visuals, DAX measures, and a data model optimized for incremental refresh 2. A short video walkthrough (or step-by-step PDF) explaining navigation, key calculations, and how to add future data fields 3. Basic documentation of the SQL or Power Query steps used to connect to the sales database so my internal team can maintain it Acceptance criteria • All figures reconcile 100 % with a validation export I will provide • Page-load time under five seconds on first open • Filters update visuals in real-time without errors If you have built similar regional sales dashboards before and can share a brief sample or screenshot, that will help me lock in a hire quickly.
