I’m launching a new online store and need it built from the ground up over the next six months. The core will be an e-commerce experience developed in WordPress and PHP, with a custom Laravel module where advanced logic is easier to maintain. Twilio must be woven in from day one for SMS order confirmations, two-factor log-ins, and, later, voice notifications. Because I don’t yet have a formal brand, the project starts with creating a cohesive identity—logo, color palette, typography, and the style guidelines that will inform every page template you code. Once the look and feel are approved, we can move into the build phase. Key milestones I have in mind • Brand identity package signed off • WordPress storefront and product catalogue live with payment gateway integrated • Laravel service layer connected to WordPress via REST for stock, discounts, and reporting • Twilio SMS/OTP workflows tested in sandbox, then moved to production • Final hardening, accessibility checks, and launch support All work must sit in a private Git repo with weekly pushes and a short change-log so I can track progress. I’ll handle hosting; you’ll set up CI/CD and stage on a sub-domain. Clean, well-commented code and thorough documentation are non-negotiable, as I intend to maintain the site long term. If this mix of WordPress, Laravel, PHP, and Twilio feels comfortable and you can commit to regular collaboration over the six-month roadmap, let’s get started.
