I’m ready to launch an online store that will carry a wide assortment of physical goods spread across well over fifty categories. Because of the catalog’s size, the site needs to be fast, intuitive, and easy for shoppers to explore. Core features I expect from the first release include: • Advanced search with granular filtering so visitors can drill down by category, brand, price, and any other attributes we define. • A clean product-review and star-rating system that can be moderated from the admin area. • Flexible discount and coupon management capable of handling limited-time offers, category-wide promotions, and single-use codes.
