USCIS has issued an RFE on my EB1A extraordinary-ability petition and the deadline to answer is 31st August 2026. The original I-140 package is on file, and I have already collected a portion of the supporting evidence—publication list, citation metrics, conference invitations, reference letters, media coverage, etc. Here is where I need your expertise: • Draft a persuasive response letter that tackles every point raised in the RFE, cites the relevant sections of the INA, CFR, USCIS Policy Manual and key AAO precedents, and weaves my existing evidence into a coherent narrative of sustained acclaim. • Conduct a line-by-line review of the entire application to flag weaknesses, redundancies or missing documentation and recommend any additional exhibits to strengthen the case. Process and timeline – I will share the RFE notice, the filed petition, and all evidence gathered to date immediately after kickoff. – First full draft of the response letter is needed by August 14th, 2026 to leave room for at least one revision round. – Final, ready-to-file package (cover letter, exhibit index, labelled evidence list) must be completed no later than August 25th, 2026, giving me a buffer before the USCIS deadline. Acceptance criteria The work is complete when the response letter and exhibit index unmistakably address each RFE issue, follow current USCIS formatting guidelines, and are delivered in a form that can be printed and mailed without additional edits. I do not require legal representation or a signed G-28—only meticulous drafting, strategic guidance, and compliance with EB1A standards.
