I need a Google Chrome extension, built for Windows, that will sit on my VDS and quietly turn each new eBay sale into a completed Amazon order without any manual input. How the flow should work 1. I forward every eBay “Order Confirmed” email to a dedicated mailbox. 2. The extension checks that mailbox, pulls the buyer’s name, shipping address, item SKU, and quantity. 3. With Amazon already logged-in on the VDS, it adds the correct item to cart, completes checkout, and logs the order ID back to a simple local report (CSV or similar). 4. If any detail is missing or the item is out of stock, the process pauses and flags the order for my review instead of guessing. Key requirements • Must run headless on the VDS yet be installable as a regular Chrome extension so I can test locally first. • Login sessions, cookies, and any keys stay encrypted or stored securely; I can swap Amazon accounts without re-coding. • Error handling and a minimal UI panel that shows queue length, last run, and basic logs. • The mailbox parser should cope with the standard eBay HTML template and any minor future tweaks. • No cloud calls: everything processes offline on the server. Deliverables • Signed Chrome extension (.crx) plus source. • Simple installer or step-by-step setup guide for Windows Server. • Configuration file template (email credentials, Amazon account toggle, SKU map if needed). • One-page quick-start and a short loom-style demo video so I can see it in action. Acceptance criteria An order forwarded to the mailbox must appear in my Amazon orders list within two minutes, fully matched to the eBay shipping address, with confirmation logged to the local report and no human clicks required. Once this core is solid we can discuss extras—multi-marketplace support, inventory checks, or dashboard analytics—but the first milestone is the reliable auto-order loop described above.
