I need every balance in a batch of PDF account statements brought up to date. I will send over the original PDFs plus an Excel sheet that already contains many of the revised figures. A few numbers are still pending, so please highlight any blanks the moment you spot them and I’ll supply the missing data right away. Your job is strictly to modify balances—no layout drift, no fuzzy fonts, and no accidental changes to unrelated figures or notes. Wherever a balance appears (tables, summaries, headers, footnotes), it must mirror the final Excel values perfectly. Consistency in currency symbols, decimal places, and column alignment is essential. I normally work with Acrobat Pro and Apple Preview, so if you prefer Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, PDF-XChange, or another reliable editor, that’s fine as long as the final PDFs look identical to the originals apart from the corrected numbers. Deliverables • Updated PDFs for each statement, indistinguishable from the originals except for the corrected balances • A concise change log noting page and location of every edit • The return of the Excel file with any newly filled-in gaps so everything reconciles Acceptance criteria – Every balance matches the Excel sheet exactly – Fonts, spacing, and pagination are unchanged – No compression artifacts or lowered resolution in the output files If this sounds straightforward for you, let’s get started—I’m ready to hand over the files as soon as you are.
