I need a clean, professional-looking email signature that works flawlessly in Outlook on both desktop and mobile. The layout must display: my name and title, our company logo, full contact information, plus a single LinkedIn icon that links to our page. No other social media is required. Please build the signature in HTML so I can swap out details or update colors later without touching complicated code—simple comments or a short how-to guide will be enough. Inline CSS is preferred for Outlook compatibility, and any images (logo and LinkedIn icon) should render crisply whether they’re embedded or hosted; advise on the best approach. Deliverables: • Production-ready HTML file with all assets referenced • Optimised PNG/SVG for the logo and LinkedIn icon • Brief editing instructions (where to change text, replace images, adjust colours) Test that the signature keeps its formatting when replied to or forwarded, and that it scales correctly on iOS and Android Outlook apps. Once I can paste it into Outlook and see it display perfectly in a test email, we’re done.
