I’m ready to turn an idea into a polished mobile app focused on education and learning. The core of the project is a seamless video-lesson experience that lets users stream or download high-quality tutorials from their phones. I need a developer who can take the concept from wireframes through to an App Store/Google Play launch, ensuring the playback is smooth, the lesson library is easy to browse, and the user interface feels intuitive for all ages. While interactive quizzes and progress tracking may be added in future iterations, phase one is all about perfecting video delivery, offline viewing, and basic user accounts. You’ll advise on the best tech stack—whether that’s React Native, Flutter, native Swift/Kotlin, or another approach—then build, test, and package the final binaries. Deliverables: • Clickable prototype reflecting the approved UI/UX • Fully functional mobile app (iOS and Android) with secure login and robust video-streaming module • Source code in a private repo, cleanly documented for handover • A brief guide outlining deployment steps and any third-party services used Acceptance criteria: videos load in under three seconds on a standard 4G connection, playback is uninterrupted, and the app passes App Store/Play Console review on first submission.
