We're looking for a Design Team Lead to oversee the visual design of our educational content. We've already developed a comprehensive design system and component library in Figma, so the role is focused on leading execution rather than starting from scratch. Responsibilities Lead a small team of design interns. Review and maintain design quality across textbook modules. Ensure consistency with our established design system. Coordinate with editorial and curriculum teams. Design new layouts, illustrations, and educational visuals when required. Manage timelines and provide feedback to team members. Requirements Strong proficiency in Figma. Experience with editorial, publication, or layout design is preferred. Good understanding of typography, hierarchy, and visual communication. Prior experience leading teams or managing projects is a plus. Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines.
