Hi! I already have the cartoon characters designed. I need a 60–90 second animated cartoon where the characters interact like a reality dating show. I will provide the character images, script, and voiceover. I need you to animate the characters, lip-sync them to the dialogue, add facial expressions, walking, gestures, camera movements, captions, and sound effects. The final video should be in a fun cartoon style, optimized for TikTok (9:16 vertical). If this first episode goes well, I have many more episodes planned.
