We are launching a new custom home building company and are looking for an exceptional designer/developer to bring our brand to life online. Our vision is not to create a typical builder website. We want Vantage Homes to feel more like an architectural studio than a residential construction company. The experience should be refined, intentional, and timeless—defined by elegant typography, exceptional photography, generous white space, and thoughtful interactions. Every design decision should reinforce our philosophy of Perspective. Precision. Legacy. Our brand identity, messaging, and website copy have already been developed. We are looking for a designer who can translate that foundation into a polished digital experience. Website Structure We are intentionally keeping the first version of the site simple. The website will include five primary pages: Home About Our Philosophy Portfolio Contact Navigation should remain minimal and intuitive. Every page should feel clean, architectural, and editorial—not sales-driven. The site must perform beautifully on desktop, tablet, and mobile while remaining easy for our team to update after launch. We're open to WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or another modern CMS, provided it delivers an exceptional user experience and allows us to easily edit copy and photography in the future.
