# Freelance Email Campaign & Delivery Specialist (m/f/d) ## About the Project I am looking for a reliable freelance professional to independently manage the daily delivery of an email campaign and continuously maintain and optimize its performance. **Important:** I am **not** looking for someone to use my existing infrastructure. I specifically require a freelancer who provides and manages the **entire technical setup** independently. This includes: * Your own email delivery infrastructure or mail servers * Your own email delivery software or platform * Complete technical setup, configuration, and maintenance * Responsibility for achieving the highest possible inbox delivery rate I will only provide the email content (subject line, message, and links). Everything related to the technical delivery and campaign management is the freelancer's responsibility. ## Responsibilities * Send approximately **5,000 emails per day** (Monday through Friday) * Manage and maintain the email campaign * Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis * Maximize inbox placement and delivery rates * Optimize email copy whenever appropriate to improve deliverability and engagement while preserving the intended message * Provide a daily performance report ## Email Content The emails are **payment reminder emails** sent to existing community members regarding outstanding invoices. The emails **do not contain any banking information or payment details**. Instead, recipients are directed via a link to their customer account or invoice page, where they can securely review and pay their invoice. ## Compensation ### Fixed Monthly Payment * **€2,000 per month** * Based on sending **5,000 emails per business day (Monday–Friday)** over a four-week period. ### Performance Bonus For every sending cycle, I will use **five test email addresses** to monitor inbox placement. * For each test email that successfully arrives in the **inbox** (and not in the spam folder), the freelancer will receive an additional **€10**. * This allows for an additional **up to €50 per sending day**. ## Requirements * Own professional email delivery infrastructure (servers, software, and sending platform) * Proven experience with large-scale email delivery and email marketing * Strong understanding of email deliverability and inbox placement * Experience optimizing campaigns to minimize spam filtering * Independent and reliable working style * Daily reporting and transparent communication I am looking for a long-term collaboration with someone who can independently handle the complete technical email delivery process, continuously optimize campaign performance, and ensure the highest possible inbox placement for every campaign.
