Descripción de la oferta

I’m in the middle of several employment-related arbitration matters and now need to file two things quickly: (1) a motion requesting additional time for every pending arbitration deadline, and (2) an amended employee arbitration complaint that adds the extra claims I have already identified. The motion must clearly show good cause for the extension—namely, that I am seeking a brief continuance of all procedural dates so the record can reflect the forthcoming allegations and supporting materials. It needs to cite the governing arbitration rules (e.g., AAA, JAMS, or FINRA—whichever you indicate after we speak) and follow their formatting requirements so it can be filed without revision. The amended complaint should incorporate the new claims and allegations, align them with the facts already pled, and preserve existing causes of action. I’ve outlined the additional claims; your job is to weave them in seamlessly, correct any technical pleading issues, and make sure the request for relief tracks the expanded scope. Deliverables • Motion for Extension of Time – fully formatted, rule-compliant, editable in Word. • Amended Arbitration Complaint – incorporating the new claims, with a clean copy and a redline showing all changes. • Brief filing guide – page or two explaining service, signature blocks, and next procedural steps. Acceptance will be based on conformity with the arbitration forum’s rules, clarity of legal reasoning, and readiness to file.
