I’m looking for a secure, web-based application that connects directly to my electronic medical record and automates two time-consuming tasks every pay period: 1. Pull every provider’s session count from the session logs and display totals broken down by service code and date. 2. Combine those figures with insurance billing data and each contractor’s fee-split details so the platform can show the exact revenue they are owed—copays, deductibles, co-insurance, and insurance payments all included. All three data sources—session logs, insurance billing data, and provider contract details—will be available through the EMR’s API or export tools. I simply need the program to ingest those files (CSV, JSON, or direct API), run the math, and generate an easy-to-read report that I can download as CSV or PDF and hand straight to accounting. Core requirements • Web-based interface that runs on any modern browser. • Secure log-in tied to my existing user accounts (OAuth or SSO is fine). • Flexible pay-period selector (weekly, bi-weekly, or custom date range). • Editable split percentages per provider so I can update contract terms without touching code. • Audit trail showing the raw numbers that feed each payout figure. Acceptance will be based on the program accurately matching a sample payroll I’ll supply and producing the export files with zero manual corrections. Once we confirm the EMR integration approach (API key or batch import), we can move straight into development.
