I need a full stack partner who can take a green-field FinTech product from concept to production. The scope covers everything a modern payments platform requires, so I’m looking for someone (or a small, well-coordinated team) comfortable owning both architecture and execution across React.js on the front end and either Node.js/Express or Spring Boot on the back end, with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB powering the data layer. What the finished product must include: • Secure user authentication, role management, and separate admin / user dashboards • Full KYC workflow, wallet creation and maintenance, pay-in / payout rails, and real-time transaction management • Integration with at least one mainstream payment gateway, wrapped in robust, well-documented REST APIs • Refund and dispute handling, detailed reporting & analytics, notifications, alerts, and live updates throughout the app • A responsive web interface that feels native on desktop and mobile alike Behind the scenes, I expect production-ready code: test coverage, clean Git history, clear documentation, and deploy scripts or CI/CD guidance so hand-off is seamless.
