I’m building a comprehensive marketplace that lets patients book clinic visits with verified doctors, nurses, caregivers, physiotherapists, and other licensed professionals. Each practitioner will have a profile where they can upload credentials, describe services, set their own fees, and update real-time availability. Patients must be able to search using the filters we care about most—specialty, location, price, rating, and preferred language—then reserve an in-clinic appointment in just a few taps. (Video consultations and home-care bookings will follow, so keep the architecture flexible for those additions.) Every patient account will include an encrypted medical file that stores reports, prescriptions, allergies, medications, surgical history, and ongoing treatments. I also want integrated chat, secure payments, automated visit reminders, post-consult reviews, an emergency-contact feature, and a section where clinics or hospitals can post job openings to the same practitioner pool. Revenue should flow through commission on each booking plus optional subscription plans for premium exposure. Please outline the stack you propose, how you will handle authentication and data privacy, and the milestones you’d recommend from UX wireframes through to a launch-ready iOS/Android app and web dashboard.
