I have an early-stage concept for a board that will handle data collection and processing while staying connected through remote control and communication features. Nothing has been laid out yet—I need someone who can walk me through every milestone, from the first schematic all the way to ordering, assembling, and validating the finished boards on JLCPCB. Here’s what I expect our collaboration to cover: • Translating my rough idea into a clear requirements sheet and block diagram • Choosing the right components, creating the schematic, and laying out a production-ready PCB that meets JLCPCB design rules • Generating the BOM, Gerber, CPL, and any firmware hooks needed for data handling and wireless or wired comms • Submitting the order to JLCPCB, tracking fabrication, and preparing assembly files • Guiding me through bring-up, basic firmware flashing, and functional testing so the board reliably acquires data and talks to external devices Acceptance criteria will be: 1. JLCPCB confirms the order with no design-rule violations. 2. Assembled boards power up and can stream sample data over the chosen interface. 3. Source files (schematic, PCB, firmware), documentation, and a quick-start guide are handed over in editable form.
